At O'Here Media, we strive to provide the highest quality performance marketing services. Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully before purchasing our services.

1. General Refund Policy

All sales are final. Due to the nature of digital services and the immediate allocation of resources (strategy, audit, and setup) upon payment, O'Here Media maintains a strict No Refund Policy once the onboarding process has commenced.

By making a payment, you acknowledge that you are paying for the time, expertise, and intellectual property of our team, which cannot be returned.

2. Cancellation Policy

Our services are provided on a month-to-month basis with no long-term lock-in contracts.

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time.
  • To avoid being charged for the subsequent month, you must notify us of your cancellation at least 3 days before your next billing date.
  • Cancellation requests can be sent via email to hello@oheremedia.com or via your dedicated WhatsApp support channel.
  • Upon cancellation, services will continue until the end of the current paid billing cycle.

3. Exceptions

Refunds may only be considered in the following exceptional circumstance:

  • If you have made a duplicate payment in error. In such cases, the duplicate amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

4. Performance Disclaimer

Lack of desired results (e.g., low ROAS, high CPL) does not constitute grounds for a refund. Marketing performance is subject to market variables, and while we execute best practices, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes.
