Shipping & Delivery Policy

O'Here Media provides purely digital services. As such, there is no physical shipping or delivery of goods involved in our transactions.

1. Service Delivery

Upon successful payment for our Growth Package or any other service:

• You will receive an immediate confirmation email and/or WhatsApp message acknowledging your payment.
• Our team will contact you within 24 hours (during business days) to initiate the onboarding process.
• Service delivery (Strategy Audit, Campaign Setup, etc.) commences immediately after the onboarding call/form submission is complete.

2. Deliverables

All deliverables (reports, strategies, ad creatives) are sent digitally via Email, WhatsApp, or shared via Google Drive/Slack.
